LEARN MOREI am an educator and coach at heart, former collegiate athlete, member of the New England Basketball Hall of Fame, and breast cancer survivor.Ā After 16 years in the classroom, I now work with schools, teams, and individuals on mental performance training. And I founded and run the nonprofit organization SG United Foundation. My work specializes in the intersection of sport and positive psychology to optimize performance AND well-being.
Lani’s mentorship and coaching has been invaluable to me. Not only did she help me become a better athlete, but she helped with my goal setting and mindset in many different aspects of my life.
